Keswick Self Catering Cottage

Riverside self catering cottage in Keswick has been decorated and furnished to the highest standard. The idea is enjoy a self catering holiday that represents 'home from home', therefore quality and luxury and the two aspects we aimed for. The lounge has a newly installed traditional fireplace complete with an easy to use gas fire. There is a Sony LCD television & DVD player and sash windows with views down to the river.

The three bedrooms (a double, twin and single) retain their character with the double and twin rooms having (non-working) traditional cast-iron fireplaces. All the rooms are light and airy with large windows (complete with the original shutters). The double and twin rooms also have views down to the river with the single room looking over the Keswick rooftops to Walla Crag.

There is a beautiful kitchen with every amenity including oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer.

There are magnificent views to the river and a back door to the cottage (an original stable door - split top and bottom) which leads to your own private patio sitting above the River Greta.

Beside the kitchen is a dining room again with lovely river views. There is a dining table and five chairs, original (non-working) cast iron fireplace, television (with built-in video) and stereo/radio.

There are two bathrooms in the property - one with a bath, sink, w/c and the other a shower, sink, w/c

This Keswick self catering property is centrally heated throughout and owner maintained. All bed linen and tea towels included as are tablets for the dishwasher, and all gas and electricity. Towels can be provided at a charge of £2-50 per person per week. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Cot and high chair is available - please mention when making an enquiry.
